筑波大学スマートグリッド研究室では、企業様との共同研究・学術指導・技術コンサルティングを受け付けております。
1. 共同研究/学術指導/顧問契約の進め方
・ NDA 契約を開始前に結びます
・ 定期的な打ち合わせの機会（リモートまたは対面）を持ちます
・ 小平が技術的、プロジェクトの進行などの内容について、質問に対する回答やコメントを行
います
・ 共同研究においては、技術報告書を提出いたします。
・ 知財の取り扱い：開発されたソースコードや知財（特許等）の権利は、開発した側に帰属する
契約を結びます。
・ 可能な限り Slack によるコミュニケーションをお願いしております。
2. 費用と内容
ご希望に合わせて、打ち合わせの頻度や内容の変更をご相談頂けます。
プラン A：[共同研究] 課題定義（半期 220 万）
具体的な利用シーン：中期計画の達成にむけた具体的な課題の整理と研究開発プロジェク
トの要件定義の支援、開発予定のシステム要件に対する学術的な観点のレビューなど。プ
ロトタイプの実装を行う前段階、またはプロトタイプ実装を貴社が行う場合。
・期間：6 ヶ月
・金額：2２0 万円（消費税込み）
・ 打ち合わせ：月１回２時間（オンライン or 対面）。全６回のうち、少なくとも３回は小
平が貴社オフィスへ伺います。筑波大学側のメンバーが議事録を書きます。
・ 人員：小平に加え、テーマ次第では研究室の学部生または大学院生が作業サポート
として参加する場合があります。
・ メール：個別にメールの質問に対応致します。
・ 技術調査：あり（必要に応じて、１０本程度の論文や海外レポートの内容を調査した
上でコメントします）
・ 成果物：成果報告書（報告書）
プラン B：[共同研究] プロトタイプ設計（半期 550 万）
具体的な利用シーン：期限の決まったプロジェクトの技術的調査やプロトタイプの実装など。
筑波大学側で実装した上での検討をしてほしい場合。
・ 期間：６か月
・ 金額：550 万円（消費税込み）
・ 打ち合わせ：月１回２時間（オンライン or 対面）。全６回のうち、少なくとも３回は小平が貴社
オフィスへ伺います。筑波大学側の面メンバーが議事録を書きます。
・ 人員：小平に加え、研究室の大学院生が作業サポートとして担当します。
・ メール：細かいメールの質問に対応致します。
・ 技術調査：あり（必要に応じて、１０本程度の論文や海外レポートの内容を調査した上でコメ
ントします）
・ 成果物：成果報告書（スライド、報告書）
プラン C：[共同研究] 課題定義～プロトタイプ設計（１期 770 万）
・ 期間：1 年～
・金額：770 万円（消費税込み）
・ プラン A と B をパッケージで提供します
プラン D：[学術指導] 顧問契約（10 万/月）
具体的な利用シーン：開発中のシステム要件に対する学術的な観点からの定期的なレビュ
ーを顧問契約を結んで定期的に実施して欲しい場合。
・ 期間：半期～
・ 金額：10 万円/月
・ 打ち合わせ：月１回２時間（オンライン or 対面）。全６回のうち、少なくとも３回は小平
が貴社オフィスへ伺います。
・ メール：メールの質問に対応致します
・ 技術調査：あり（必要に応じて、論文や海外レポートの内容を調査した上でコメントし
ます）
・ 成果物：業務上の課題に関してアドバイス・コンサルティングを行ないます。ドキュメントに対
するコメント、訂正などが成果物になります。
プラン E：[学術指導] ドキュメントレビュー（5 万/回）
具体的な利用シーン：貴社が作成した資料や記事についてのレビューなど
・ 期間：単発
・ 金額：5 万円/回
・ 打ち合わせ：１時間を２回
・ メール：メールでの質問に対応致します
・ 技術調査：なし（研究室で持つ既存のアイデアや実績のある技術に基づいてコメントします）
・ 成果物：ドキュメントに対するコメント、訂正など
3. これまでの実績テーマについて
これまで主に企業様と共同研究や受託研究を進めてきた中で、引き合いが多いものに
ついては以下のような内容がありました：
■蓄電池設備の充放電計画の最適化に関するもの
事業所や工場内の蓄電池、太陽光発電設備、コジェネレーションシステムなどのエネルギー利用の最適化について。
■電力小売り事業、アグリゲーション事業に関するもの
需給調整市場、スポット市場などの市場ごとの収益構造の評価、調達リスク評価など。（プラン C）
■新規事業についての技術的探索コンサルティング
電気自動車の普及を見据えたビジネスチャンスの探索など。
■自社メディアに掲載する技術記事のレビュー（プラン D）
1. How to proceed with collaborative research/academic guidance/consulting agreements
• An NDA agreement will be signed before commencing.
• Regular meetings (remote or in-person) will be held.
• Kodaira will answer questions and provide comments on technical matters, project progress, etc.
• Technical reports will be submitted for collaborative research.
• Handling of intellectual property: The rights to the developed source code and intellectual property (patents, etc.) will belong to the developer.
• A contract will be signed stating this.
• We request that communication be conducted via Slack whenever possible.
2. Costs and Content
We can discuss and adjust the frequency and content of meetings to suit your needs.
■ Plan A: [Joint Research] Problem Definition (Semi-annual, 2.2 million yen)
Specific Use Cases: Support for organizing specific issues toward achieving the medium-term plan and defining requirements for research and development projects, reviewing system requirements from an academic perspective, etc. Applicable to the pre-prototype implementation stage, or when your company is implementing the prototype.
• Duration: 6 months
• Price: 2.2 million yen (including consumption tax)
• Meetings: 2 hours once a month (online or in-person). At least 3 of the 6 meetings will be attended by Kodaira at your office. A member from the University of Tsukuba will take minutes.
• Personnel: In addition to Kodaira, depending on the theme, undergraduate or graduate students from the research lab may participate as work support.
• Email: We will respond to individual email inquiries.
• Technical investigation: Yes (If necessary, we will investigate the contents of approximately 10 papers and overseas reports and provide comments.)
• Deliverables: Results report (report)
■Plan B: [Joint Research] Prototype Design (5.5 million yen for half a year)
Specific Use Cases: Technical investigation and prototype implementation for projects with fixed deadlines.
For cases where you would like Tsukuba University to implement and then review the prototype.
• Duration: 6 months
• Price: 5.5 million yen (including consumption tax)
• Meetings: 2 hours once a month (online or in-person). Of the 6 meetings, Kodaira will visit your company's office for at least 3. A member of the Tsukuba University team will take minutes.
• Personnel: In addition to Kodaira, graduate students from the research lab will provide work support.
• Email: We will respond to detailed email inquiries.
• Technical Investigation: Yes (We will investigate the contents of approximately 10 papers and overseas reports as needed and provide comments.)
• Deliverables: Research report (slides, report)
■ Plan C: [Joint Research] Problem Definition ~ Prototype Design (7.7 million yen per phase)
• Duration: 1 year or more
• Price: 7.7 million yen (including consumption tax)
• Plans A and B are offered as a package.
■ Plan D: [Academic Guidance] Consulting Agreement (100,000 yen/month)
Specific Use Case: When you want regular reviews from an academic perspective on the system requirements under development, conducted under a consulting agreement.
• Period: Half a year or more
• Price: 100,000 yen/month
• Meetings: 2 hours once a month (online or in person). Of the 6 meetings, Mr. Kodaira will visit your office at least 3 times.
• Email: We will respond to questions via email.
• Technical Research: Yes (We will research the content of papers and overseas reports as needed and provide comments.)
• Deliverables: We will provide advice and consulting on business challenges. Deliverables will include comments and corrections to documents.
■Plan E: [Academic Guidance] Document Review (50,000 yen/session)
Specific Use Case: Review of materials and articles created by your company, etc.
- Duration: One-time session
- Price: 50,000 yen/session
- Meeting: Two 1-hour sessions
- Email: We will respond to questions via email
- Technical Research: None (Comments will be based on existing ideas and proven technologies within the research lab)
- Deliverables: Comments and corrections to the document, etc.
3. Past Project Themes
Among our past collaborative and commissioned research projects with companies, the most frequently requested themes include the following:
■ Optimization of Battery Storage Equipment Charge/Discharge Planning
Optimization of energy use for batteries, solar power generation equipment, and cogeneration systems in business premises and factories.
■ Electricity Retail and Aggregation Businesses
Evaluation of revenue structures for each market, such as supply and demand adjustment markets and spot markets, and procurement risk assessment. (Plan C)
